This is the space for ambitious women RCICs who want to create more impact, gain more financial independence and freedom, and lead their business (and life) with confidence — creating a better future for ourselves, our families, and the communities we serve.
Here’s how it works...
🤍 This is a 6-month mentorship. You get to choose your start date (depending on the availability)Â
🖤 We begin with a 4-hour VIP Day — an in-depth strategy session to map out your business. In-person for Ontario RCICs, online for everyone else.
🤍 We meet for weekly group calls every Tuesday at 1 PM EST, where we talk through strategy, growth, systems, and real business decisions in real time.
🖤 You’ll also have access to our private Slack community — a group of women RCICs where we talk through business and life every single day.
🤍 You get 1:1 access to my mentorship inside Slack. When you need support, I’m there, whether it’s reviewing your pricing, helping with a tough client situation, or walking you through your numbers.
🖤 You’ll get access to our full Business Container portal with templates, SOPs, systems, and tools. Plus free access to every course or event I create during your time in the program.
Apply Nowđź–¤ Why I Created The Business Container for Women Who Lead
In February 2021, I sat on my living room couch and told my husband, “I’m done. I’m closing down my business”. I had a message typed up asking a colleague if she’d hire me as a salaried consultant and I almost sent it. That moment was the result of years of doing everything alone in business: the consultations, the casework, the marketing, the admin, while also being a mom, a wife, and trying to hold it all together.
I wasn’t just tired. I was burned out, overwhelmed, and deeply lonely, even during the seasons when business looked successful from the outside and made hundreds of thousands.
That’s why I created The Business Container. Because I don’t believe women RCICs should have to choose between building a profitable business and protecting their peace as a woman.
This space is for women who are ready to build something meaningful, not just work 9 to 5. To be financially independent, to raise their income, to create freedom, to serve their families and feel supported by other women who get it.
