Impact Events are rooted in my word for the year: gift.
In 2026, Iā€™m hosting a series of five IMPACT Events designed to bring RCICs together, both in person and online, to learn, connect, and give back.
Each event is a hands-on workshop focused on growing a strong, sustainable immigration business. Weā€™ll cover the core areas that truly move the needle: marketing, sales, service delivery, leadership, and building a business that allows you to help more clients without burning out.

All net proceeds will be donated to charitable organizations supporting women in need. By coming together as a community, weā€™re not only investing in our own growth as RCICs, but also creating meaningful impact beyond our businesses.
