This is a practical masterclass focused on what actually works for immigration practices.

• Who you should be attracting as clients in 2026 and who you should stop marketing to 

• Which platforms matter most for immigration practitioners and where to focus your energy 

• How to build a simple, effective marketing system that works even if you “hate” marketing

Olena will also share the exact marketing framework and method she uses in her own immigration firm and with her coaching clients, many of whom have seen major shifts in their business within just a few months.

Over the years, MCRC has become acutely aware of the negative impact of gender inequality and has developed our Empowerment Programs. Designed to overcome barriers and meet the unique needs of families, girls, and women, these services are free of charge, accessible, and reach some of the most disenfranchised and marginalized members of our community. 

Here’s a snapshot of our impact in 2025: 

• We provided essential infant supplies and food to 282 families, supporting a total of 357 babies over 2,310 infant visits. 

• Families received 2,390 diaper boxes, 919 large containers of formula, 2,310 packages of cereal, and 11,678 pouches of baby food. 

• Our programs empowered 670 girls and gender-diverse youth through 69 free programs, helping them build confidence, a sense of belonging, and community connection (852 total participants). 

• We distributed 1,745 period products to menstruators in our community, ensuring access to essential items when needed most.
