🤍 Pay what you want: all net proceeds go to charitable organizations supporting women in need

You know your prices should be higher and you've known for a while.

But every time you think about raising them, something stops you. Maybe it's the client who asked for a discount last week, maybe it's the fear that if you charge more, nobody will book. Maybe it's that voice in your head saying "but everyone else charges less."

This workshop is for the RCIC who is tired of feeling stuck with the current pricing.

What you'll walk away with:

🤍 Clarity on what's actually keeping you from charging more
🖤 The 5 ingredients that premium-priced RCICs have in place
🤍 A clear picture of what needs to change for your prices to go up
🖤 The confidence to stop apologizing for your rates

This event is for you if:

You feel like you're working too hard for what you're making. You've wanted to raise your prices but something always holds you back. You're tired of clients comparing you to the cheapest option. You know you're undercharging but you don't know how to change it without losing business.

This is a pay what you want event. All proceeds go directly to the non-profit organization MCRC to support their programs.

You are investing in your business while also supporting your local community!

Over the years, MCRC has become acutely aware of the negative impact of gender inequality and has developed our Empowerment Programs. Designed to overcome barriers and meet the unique needs of families, girls, and women, these services are free of charge, accessible, and reach some of the most disenfranchised and marginalized members of our community.

Here’s a snapshot of our impact in 2025:

  • We provided essential infant supplies and food to 282 families, supporting a total of 357 babies over 2,310 infant visits.
  • Families received 2,390 diaper boxes, 919 large containers of formula, 2,310 packages of cereal, and 11,678 pouches of baby food.
  • Our programs empowered 670 girls and gender-diverse youth through 69 free programs, helping them build confidence, a sense of belonging, and community connection (852 total participants).
  • We distributed 1,745 period products to menstruators in our community, ensuring access to essential items when needed most.

Join us and be part of something meaningful!
